[PC] Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes - Fightcade Online Setup Guide

This guide explains how to configure Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes for online multiplayer using Fightcade.

Fightcade is an online retro-gaming platform that combines matchmaking with several emulators and supports rollback-based online multiplayer.

Important ROM Notice

Fightcade does not include game ROMs, and SGAWeb does not host, distribute, or provide download links to copyrighted game ROMs.

This guide assumes that you have obtained the required game files through a lawful source. The instructions below cover only Fightcade installation, configuration, and online multiplayer.

Step 1 - Download Fightcade

Download Fightcade from the official website:

Install Fightcade in a folder of your choice.

Step 2 - Create or Sign In to Your Fightcade Account

Launch Fightcade.

If you do not already have an account, use the Fightcade application to register one.

Sign in after your account has been created.

Step 3 - Open the Fightcade ROM Folder

Fightcade's emulators load games from their configured ROM folders.

Inside Fightcade, use:

ROMs -> Open ROMs Folder

Place your compatible game files in the appropriate ROM directory.

SGAWeb cannot provide the ROM itself.

Step 4 - Find Marvel vs. Capcom

Return to Fightcade and select the option to add a game channel.

Search for:

Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes

Join the appropriate game channel.

Step 5 - Test the Game

Before attempting online multiplayer, select:

Test Game

Confirm that the game launches correctly.

If Fightcade reports missing or incorrect files, verify that your game files are compatible with the version of the emulator currently used by Fightcade.

Step 6 - Configure Your Controls

Launch the game and configure your preferred controller or keyboard inputs.

Fightcade's FBNeo emulator allows inputs for the current game to be configured by pressing F5 while the emulator is running.

Step 7 - Play Online

Return to the Marvel vs. Capcom Fightcade channel.

Find another available player.

Select the player and send a Challenge.

Once the other player accepts, Fightcade will launch the emulator for both players and begin the online session.

For the best experience, choose opponents with a strong connection indicator and use a wired internet connection whenever possible.
